Shipping Policy

At Switch Store, we offer free shipping on all orders — whether you're shopping locally in South Africa or internationally. No hidden fees, no minimum order value.

🇿🇦 Local Shipping (South Africa) We deliver nationwide via The Courier Guy. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

🌍 International Shipping We ship globally via DHL Express. International orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your destination. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply upon arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient. A tracking number will be shared as soon as your order is on its way.

📦 Order Processing Orders are processed on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding South African public holidays). Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
