About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Order Processing Assistant to join our Northern Cape team. In this role, you'll be the heartbeat of our day-to-day operations — ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently, and that every customer interaction reflects the Switch Store standard of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders accurately and timeously
  • Assist walk-in and online customers with product queries and purchases
  • Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure timely dispatch
  • Handle basic customer service queries, returns, and exchanges
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and order activity
  • Support stock management and inventory counts

What We're Looking For

  • Matric certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent
  • Previous experience in retail, sales, or order processing is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Good communication skills in English (additional local languages are a plus)
  • Comfortable using computers and basic software (training provided)
  • A positive, customer-first attitude
